Garage Wall: What should I do?

We have a pretty neat garage. Its really big. It has a cool, old door and window. And it has a cinder block wall on one side.

I don't know what to do. But here is my main idea:

Yes, my solution to most problems: Paint it.

I love painting. I think it will look nice, and it will seal the wall. Any thoughts? Color ideas? I am thinking white or an off-white. Or should I do something entirely different? And not even paint it? TOO MANY QUESTIONS!
